Drilled Piling:

The retention work for the project has reached a major milestone with the successful completion of drilled piling. This crucial step ensures the stability and structural integrity of the entire building. Our engineering and construction teams have worked diligently to complete this phase on schedule.

Capping Beam Completion:

Following the drilled piling, the construction of the capping beam, a vital component of the foundation structure, has been successfully installed. This beam provides additional reinforcement and support to the building’s foundation, allowing us to move forward with the substructure excavation phases.

Sewerage Main Upgrades:

We are pleased to report that the upgrades to the council sewerage main serving the project have been completed in coordination with the local authorities. These essential infrastructure improvements will ensure that our development operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.

Basement Excavation:

With the retention foundation work and sewerage main upgrades completed, we have now commenced the basement excavation phase. This involves the excavation of the underground space that will house a two-storey basement and other amenities for our residents. We are committed to minimising any disruption to the surrounding area during this process.

Basement Construction:

As the basement excavation continues, we will begin the structural construction of basement walls and columns. This phase will see the installation of concrete between the excavated retention piles forming the basement walls.
